Return and Refund Policy

All items are custom made, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:

  • The item arrives broken or damaged

  • The item is not fit for the purpose described

  • A reason under Australian Consumer Law

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please note that due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
